摘要
中职生学习动机水平普遍较低已经是目前各中职学校的通病,而心理素质拓展训练可作为提升学习动机的创新途径之一。本文通过对中职生学习动机现状的分析,将心理素质拓展训练这一有效的方法引入到中职生学习动机的干预中,为激发中职生学习动机探索出一条行之有效的道路,也为丰富和发展中职学校的教学管理理论和学生的学习理论提供借鉴。
It's common problem that the level of the secondary vocational students is relatively low. As one of the creative ways to improve learning motivation,mental quality training worthy of adovating. This essay draws the mental quality training which is effective into the intervention of the student's learning motivation through the discussion on the current situation and its influencing factors of the learning motivation in secondary vocational school,as well as the expansion on the range of the application in learning motivation. That not only explores a effective way to the learning motivation of the students in the secondary vocational school,but also offers a reference and makes great contribution to the enrichment and development of the teaching management theory in secondary vocational school and the expansion of the students' learning theories.
