护理本科生自主学习能力和课程满意度的相关性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:了解护理本科生自主学习能力和课程满意度现状,探讨两者之间的相关关系。方法:选取2010级护理本科三个班共158名同学进行问卷调查,问卷由一般情况调查表、Williamson自主学习能力评定量表(SRSSDL)和课程满意度3部分组成。结果:护理本科生自主学习能力总均分为(210.06±24.23)分,5个维度得分由高到低依次为人际交流(43.59±6.42)分、学习策略(43.32±5.64)分、学习评价(42.39±6.41)分、学习意识(41.54±5.52)分、学习行为(39.22±5.53)分;课程满意度得分为(30.27±4.95)分。自主学习能力与课程满意度呈正相关,其中自主学习能力的学习意识、学习策略、学习行为、学习评价、人际交流与课程满意度的过程评价、学习方式、自我学习效果满意度相关性最大。结论:护理本科生自主学习能力处于中等水平,课程满意度较高,两者呈正相关,可通过改革教学方法,进一步提高课程满意度,引导护生主动学习,提高自主学习能力。 Objective: To get to know the current situation about self- learning ability of nursing students and the course satisfaction. To explore The relationship between self- learning ability of nursing students and course satisfaction Methods: Choosing 158 nursing students in grade 2010 as the research object do the questionare survey. There are 3 parts of the questionare. One is General Condition Questionnaire,the other two are SRSSDL and Satisfaction Questionnaire. Results: The scores of SRSSDL were( 210. 06 ± 24. 23). The scores from high to low of the 5 dimension were Interpersonal skills( 43. 59 ± 6. 42),Learning strategies( 43. 32 ± 5. 64),Evaluation( 42. 39 ± 6. 41),Awareness( 41. 54 ± 5. 52) and Learning activities( 39. 22 ± 5. 53) in order. The self- learning ability of nursing students was positively correlated with course satisfaction. The 5 dimension of SRSSDL was most related with the satisfaction of formative assessment,learning methods and effectiveness. Conclusion: The self- learning ability of nursing students were in the medium range and the course satisfaction was in the upper level. It is possible to change the teaching methods,and improve on the course satisfaction. Guiding the nursing students learn actively,which is beneficial to increase the self- learning ability.
