摘要 基于挪威船级社《Fatigue Assessment of Ship Structures》(2010),考虑由装载与卸载而引起的低周疲劳,对FPSO船体易发生疲劳破坏的部位进行疲劳寿命评估。采用简化分析法计算由波浪弯矩产生的全局应力与内外水压力产生的局部应力,以及在装卸载过程中产生的应力范围,然后通过S-N曲线计算结构的疲劳寿命。结果表明,不同校核部位的低周疲劳对其疲劳寿命的影响不同,而且这种影响与低周疲劳的次数有关,最后分析产生这些结果的原因。 Based on DNV《Fatigue Assessment of Ship Structures》(2010),considering low cycle fatigue caused by loading and unloading,aiming at evaluating fatigue life of FPSO hull structures,which prone to fatigue failure.Using simplified analysis method,calculating global stress induced by hull girder wave bending and local stress induced by internal-external dynamic pressure,including stress range occurring in the process of loading and unloading.Then to using S-N curves to calculate the fatigue life of structure.The results show that the check different parts of the different effects on the fatigue life of low cycle fatigue,and this effect is associated with the number of low cycle fatigue.Finally,to analyze the reasons for these results.
