摘要 燃气轮机作为一种多功能供能机械,广泛的应用于我国海上平台的生产作业,直接为平台的各个系统输送电能,其正常工作对于整个平台的正常生产起到关键的保障作用。而近年来我国沿海钻井平台使用的不同型号的发电机组发生的叶片断裂事故,造成严重的生产损失,所以对于故障叶片的诊断具有重要的研究意义。运用一种将模糊综合评判与故障树分析法有机结合的诊断方案,克服了传统故障树诊断技术中难以解决的随即不确定性和复杂模糊性问题,以某作业区海上平台燃气轮机故障叶片为例,论述了该方法对叶片故障原因的精确诊断。 As multi-functional energy supply machinery,gas turbine generator is widely used in producing operations of offshore platforms,conveying electricity directly to each system on the platform.Its normal working plays a key role in the routine production of the entire platform.However different generating sets have blade fracture accidents in recent years,which cause serious loss of production.So the research of blade fault diagnosis is extraordinary valuable.It provides a diagnosis method that integrates fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with failure tree analysis method,overcoming the immediately uncertainty and complex fuzzy of the traditional failure tree analysis.Taking the fault blade of the platform gas turbine in an operation area as an example,it discusses the accurate diagnosis of the method for blade fault cause.
