This paper introduces the conditions and requirements of crankshaft deflection measurement and analyzes the positional relation between main bearing and crank shaft axis status based on the crankshaft deflection research,combined with a certain diesel engine’s production inspection.This provides a practical theory basis for crankshaft deflection inspection and bearing shell abrasion pre-judgment.
