摘要
文章论述了气囊滚运下水的工作原理、步骤和计算方法,结合试验实例介绍了工程船舶的气囊滚运下水新工艺。试验的成功进行再次证明了用气囊进行工程船舶等重物搬运下水的可行性,也为大型工程船舶的下水方案做好了技术准备。气囊滚运下水新工艺机动灵活、安全可靠,目前此下水工艺日臻完善,效率日益提高,已成为一种综合经济性显著的柔性下水技术,广泛应用于造船、救助等领域。
This paper discusses the principles, process and calculating methods of air-bag roll-moving launch and introduces a new technique combined with an experimental example. The success of the experiment further demonstrates the feasibility of the air-bag roll-moving launch and paves the path for the launch of big engineering ships. The new technique of air-bag roll-moving launch proves to be reliable as well as applicable in different situations and gets even better and more efficient. It has become a comprehensively-economical soft launch technique and is widely used in many fields, such as ship building and salvation.
