摘要
为了编制自升式钻井平台钻井荷载表,需要考虑悬臂梁结构外伸到包络线内任意位置时大钩荷载、立根、悬臂梁钻台结构重量等在悬臂梁左右侧壁梁在支撑点位置产生的弯矩和剪力值,以及悬臂基座上的支反力,从而评定是否超过结构强度许可范围。通常这些重量因子被简化处理以近似模拟实际加载情况,列出了常用的几种重量加载简化方法并加以比较,最终确定较为准确的计算方法。
In order to get the load chart for jack up rig, the reaction force on the foundation of cantilever, the moments and shear forces are taken into considered on the bulkheads of the cantilever on the pushup section, which are induced by the weights of hook load, setback load, and the weight caused by drill floor, derrick hull structure, and the drilling equipment arranged on them and so on. Usually these weights and positions are simplified for easy evaluation. In this paper, it analyzes the popularly accepted methods and confirms a preferable resolution in the end.
