摘要
阐述了流固耦合计算方法在研制全回转推进器回转系统中的应用。通过运用结构力学和计算流体力学的相关专业理论,结合全回转推进器的实际结构,分析了作用于推进器螺旋桨包上的流体与结构载荷,并采用流固耦合方法求解了桨包结构在流体与结构载荷作用下的应力状态,并将该结果与理论公式所得结果进行了对比。
This thesis illustrates the application of hydro-solid coupling method that used in developing steering system of azimuth thruster. By using related mechanics and CFD theory and considering the engineering scheme of azimuth thruster, author analyzed the fluid and structure loads acted on the propeller pod of thruster and obtained the stress status of propeller pod using hydro-solid method. At last author compared the calculation results with the theory formula results.
