摘要
为解决某起重船上减速箱中机械零件的应力集中问题,利用正交试验设计方法提出了改进方案。借助Auto Desk Inventor软件分析了该零件在不同尺寸时的应力大小。在满足强度要求的条件下,经过对试验结果的分析,得出了应力最小时的零件的尺寸组合方案,最终达到零件的优化改进。
To solve the problem about the reducer component in one floating crane, this paper sets up a improvement scheme through orthogonal experimental design. The component's stress value is analyzed in different dimensions by using software Auto Desk Inventor. Based on enough intensity, it shows a best comprehensive scheme for least stress value after analyzing experimental results. Ultimately an optimization is obtained.
