摘要
以中集船舶海洋工程设计研究院研发的8800TEU/9200TEU超大型集装箱船为依托平台,对其箱角加强结构形式进行优化,解决了因距离过小导致舱口角隅转角半径不够的问题,节省全船约20%箱角加强材料,降低了生产施工难度,并减轻了结构自身重量。
This paper describes the key techniques of structural design of 8800TEU or 9200TEU container ship designed by ORIC. It introduces the optimization design of structure for strengthening container corner and how to solve the problem that the radii of hatch corner is not enough caused by too short distance. Thus it can save 20% steel of the whole ship for strengthening container corner and reduce the difficulty of construction and structural weight.
