摘要 油气处理过程中产生的碳氢化合物引起的火灾爆炸是海洋平台作业过程中的主要危险之一,往往会导致人员伤亡、环境污染、平台停产等灾难性后果,是海洋工程风险评定的重点内容。文章以CIMC400自升式平台为例,采用DOW火灾爆炸指数法确定了危险区域,并进一步对其风险进行了评定,在此基础上结合实际提出了风险控制措施。 Fire and explosion caused by hydrocarbon leaks is one of the major threats to offshore explosion and production process of oil and gas, which usually leads to some disastrous consequence such as personnel fatality, environment pollution and work termination. Thus, fire and explosion is a key part of risk assessment for ocean engineering. Taking CIMC400 Jack-up unit for example, this paper determines the operation hazard area by Dow's Fire & Explosion Index Hazard Classification Method. Furthermore, the risk is assessed and some controlling measures are provided according to the actual situation.
