摘要 简要介绍了人员疏散理论及人员疏散不确定性分析,并以CIMC400自升式平台为例,运用人员疏散模拟软件STEPS开展了人员疏散的数值仿真,确定了海洋平台火灾时必需的安全疏散时间。通过该研究,有助于找出海洋平台火灾中人员疏散的瓶颈,为平台人员疏散培训、应急预案制定提供数据支撑,同时也为海洋平台防火设计和安全疏散提供一些有益的建议。 This paper briefly introduces the theory of evacuation and the uncertainty in evacuation analysis, taking CIMC400 Jack-up unit for example, it uses STEPS software for simulation and carries out the required safety egress time. Through this study, it can helps people to find out the bottlenecks in the fire evacuation and it can provide data support for security education, training and the development of optimal evacuation contingency plans, as well as providing some useful suggestions for jack-up unit design and fire performance the actual evacuation.
