摘要 文章对于隧道施工通风配置施工设计计算采用了一种新方法:首先比照重型柴油引擎13工况的车架试验对应功率尾气中有害成份的质量和通风风流品质有害成份容许值再导算需风量。第二、进行洞内实际工况功率计算和工序循环时间设定,并进行洞内任一地点任一时间的动态需风量计算。第三、在前两步工作的基础上,由风机型号、风筒直径、隧道施工长度、百米漏风率组成隧道通风全程选配表,结合现场风流湿热、雾霾、风龄、通风系统现场管理系数对通风系统配置进行参数修正和通风路径与时段工况、射流与反吸式轴流风机等进行优化组合。向莆铁路FJ-5B标各山岭隧道施工通风运用此方法共进行了十个通风模块的设计计算和施工实践。 A new method is used in the construction design and computation of the tunnel construction ventilation in this paper. At first,according to the mass of the harmful ingredients exhausted by the heavy duty diesel engines with corresponding power in frame test under 13 kinds of working conditions and the harmful components allowable values of the ventilation quality to calculate the amount of wind required. Secondly,it calculated the actual condition of power,set the process cycle time and calculated the air requirement in any place at any time. Thirdly,based on two steps of work before,it adjusted the parameters of ventilation system configuration and optimized the groups of ventilation path and time conditions,jet and reverse type axial flow fan according to the tunnel ventilation process selection table that consisted of fan type,cylinder diameter,length of tunnel construction,the leakage rate of100 meters combining wind heat,haze,air age,site management coefficient of ventilation system. It carried out the design and calculation,construction practice in ten ventilation modules in mountain tunnel construction ventilation of Xiang-Pu railway FJ-5B Tender Section by using this method.
