深圳地铁蛇口线建筑维修故障统计研究

摘要 目前,地铁建设如火如荼,很多城市都是第一次修建地铁,对于地铁的运营开通而言,它们缺乏经验。本文通过深圳地铁蛇口线开通初期建筑专业故障的统计分析,研究了地铁房建系统及隧道系统故障发生的部位、故障种类、故障发生的频率,总结出了蛇口线开通初期故障发生的规律,并针对性的提出了维修建议。最后,文章对蛇口线开通运营的几起重大事故整治进行了研究,分析故障发生的原因,介绍了我司在几起故障整治中采取的方案,其中树根桩整治方案对地铁维修而言是新型方案。本文的研究对地铁新线开通而言有着较高的借鉴意义。 At present,metro construction is under way. Many cities are experiencing metro construction for the first time,thus lack of experience on metro operation and opening. Through statistic analysis on the constructional failures happened in the opening beginning of Shekou metro line in Shenzhen city,this thesis researched the failure position,failure type and failure frequency,and summarized the failure happening law in the opening beginning of Shekou metro line,meanwhile put forward maintenance recommendations. This thesis also researched several major incidents remediation of Shekou line during its opening and operation,analyzed the cause,introduced the remediation proposals,among which the roots pile proposal is a new subway maintenance proposal. This thesis provides a good reference for metro opening and operation.
