浅谈潜油电泵保护器设计原理

针对潜油电泵的特性,设计一种潜油电泵专用保护器,该潜油电泵保护器具有过载、断相、电流不平衡、过压、欠压、电压不平衡等保护功能,具有实时电流曲线显示、实时电压曲线显示、历史数据导出等功能,给出此类产品的设计原理,并介绍该产品与常规电机保护器的区别及其硬软件设计原理。

According to the characteristics of electric submersible pump, this paper designs a electric submersible pump protector. The protector of electric submersible pump with overload, phase failure, current unbalance, overvolt-age, undervoltage, voltage unbalance protection function, has the real-time current curve display, real-time voltage curve display, historical data is derived. It also provides the hardware and software principle of submersible electric pump protector, introduces the difference of submersible electric pump protector and motor protectors.
