摘要 基于遗传算法理论,结合散热器的换热及阻力性能与散热器结构参数的关系研究,将散热器的外形尺寸与肋片的参数作为优化目标,建立影响LED散热的优化组合模型,并在遗传优化算法的执行步骤与流程设计的基础上,开发了采用MATLAB编程的优化程序并进行仿真计算。通过实验测试与算法优化后的参数仿真对比分析,结果表明,基于遗传算法的散热器优化设计,不仅可以提高散热器的传热效能,还可以降低散热器的设计和运行成本,同时减少了对设计者经验的依赖,具有通用性和工程实用价值,可应用于热工方面的多种散热器的优化设计。 The optimized combination of cooling influence model of LED which based on the theory of the genetic algorithm sets the dimensions of the radiator and the fin parameters as its optimization objective,is in accordance with the research of the relation between the heat transfer and resistance performance and radiator structure parameters.The Matlab programming optimization program and simulation calculation works on the basis of the genetic optimization algorithm steps and process design.Through the comparison between experiment test result with algorithm optimized simulation,it reaches a conclusion that optimized radiator based on genetic algorithm can not only enhance its heat transfer performance,it can reduce its design and operation cost,meanwhile,besides its versatility and practical value,it can be applied to the optimizing design of a variety of thermal radiators for it also reduce a reliance on the designer experience.
