摘要
有机电致发光显示器件(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED),被认为是最有潜力的平板显示技术之一。本文阐述了OLED的发光机制和器件结构,在此基础上采用ADN材料为蓝色发光层、Alq3:DCJTB(2%)为红色发光层,制备出一种新型的基于电压光色可调的OLED器件,低压时发红光,高压时发蓝光。同时实验中通过增加空穴阻挡层材料tpbi和电子阻挡层材料m-Mdata来改进其结构,从而扩展颜色范围,达到了预期效果,并测试了器件的光学和电学性能。
Organic light-emitting diode(OLED) is being considered as one of the most potential devices for the application of flat panel display.This article sets out the light principle and device structure of OLED.On this basis,we designed a new type of OLED devices based on voltage adjustable light,which adopted ADN material as the blue light-emitting layer and Alq3:DCJTB(2%) as the red light-emitting layer.Red light was emitted at low voltage and blue light was emitted at high voltage.Its structure is by improved increasing the hole blocking layer of material(tpbi) and electronic barrier material(m-Mdata) to extend the color range.Meanwhile,the optical and electrical properties of the devices were measured and achieved the expected results.
