摘要 为改善多DFACTS装置联合运行时,出现的成本上升、效率降低和负交互影响等问题,本文提出一种"先并后串"、"主并支串"新型分散式电能质量调节器及其无线控制运行策略,分析了其运行原理及分散式电能质量调节器与系统端、负荷端的功率流动关系。该种分散式电能质量调节器主要有两种运行模式:在PCC母线端电压处于正常范围内时,并联补偿单元负责补偿负载端所需无功,提高该馈线电网侧的功率因数;而当公共连接母线电压发生跌落时,该馈线负载侧各支路串联补偿单元开始投入运行,补偿其所在支路敏感负荷端电压。仿真结果表明,本文提出的分散式电能质量调节器具有良好的有效性和可行性。 In order to solve the drawbacks resulted from combined operation of multi-DFACTS,such as rising costs,reduced efficiency,negative interaction,etc.A new scattered power quality conditioner(SPQC) with parallel-series structure and corresponding control strategy with no communication are proposed in this paper,SPQC has a shunt unit on the former primary distribution feeder and series units on the latter branches.Then the paper analyzes the operation principle of SPQC and power flow in the network.SPQC has two operation modes.When the voltage at PCC is in the normal operating range,the shunt unit mainly compensates necessary reactive power for all the loads,regulate the power factor of system.When the voltage at PCC drops deeply and below the normal operating range,the series units at the sensitive load branches begin to compensate the voltage sag to maintain normal voltage condition of sensitive loads.The simulation results show that the proposed SPQC could take on high feasibility and effectiveness.
