绕线转子无刷双馈发电机电磁设计特点及其性能分析 被引量:7

摘要 本文从分析无刷双馈电机的基本运行原理出发,并以无刷双馈发电机的等效电路为依托,提出了无刷双馈发电机的基本设计思想,并给出了进行电磁计算的算法流程。在进行电机的参数计算时,针对特殊设计的绕线型转子漏感,提出了采用逐槽累加计算槽漏感和利用谐波分析计算谐波漏感的新方法。最后,以一种4/8极无刷双馈发电机为例并利用Vc++6.0编制的电磁计算程序计算电机相关性能数据,并从理论和实验的角度加以分析。 In this paper,first,the fundamental principle of operation of Brushless Doubly-Fed Machine(BDFM) has been introduced,and then the steady-state equivalent circuit of BDFM was utilised to propose the basic idea of design and give the arithmetic flow chart of BDFM as generator.As calculation of parameters for a variety of different machines is required,the approach of calculating leakage inductance due to slot and harmonic presented here for wound rotor is motivated by versatility.At last,the paper takes a 4/8 poles BDFM as generator for instance and utilizes Vc++6.0 to compile an electromagnetic calculation program to calculate correlative performance data.The paper also analyzes and compares the data with the measurement in experiment.
