基于布谷鸟搜索算法的分布式电源接入优化

摘要 配电网中分布式电源的比重逐渐增大,而分布式电源的优化配置是一个复杂、非连续性、非凸、非线性优化问题。对此提出一种布谷鸟搜索算法(CS),利用其较强的全局搜索能力,在分布式电源的个数、位置和容量均不确定情况下,对分布式电源进行优化配置。在分布式电源接入容量受渗透率约束的情况下,建立考虑建设费用、损耗费用及购电费用在内的经济效益模型,并将节点电压偏差作为罚函数加入优化模型,保证在稳定运行的基础上达到效益最大化。最后,将所提出的布谷鸟搜索算法与粒子群算法(PSO)进行比较,说明采用布谷鸟算法的优越性。 The proportion of distributed power in distribution network has been gradually increasing,and the optimal allocation of distributed power is a complex,non-continuous,non-convex,nonlinear optimization problems.Thus this paper puts forward a novel cuckoo search algorithm( CS),using its strong searching capability,in the case of the number,location and capacity of distributed power are not identified to optimize the allocation of distributed power. Considering access capacity of distributed power constrained by penetration,to establish cost model including the construction costs,loss costs and power purchase,and the node voltage deviation as a penalty function added to the optimization model,to ensure stable operation of the system based on the maximize benefit. Finally the cuckoo search algorithm and particle swarm optimization( PSO) algorithm are been compared to illustrate the superiority of using cuckoo search algorithm.
