摘要
异步电机优化弱磁控制多采用基于定子电压闭环的弱磁控制策略,系统性能受PI参数影响较大,且PI参数较难整定。提出了一种基于模型预测控制的异步电机弱磁控制策略,通过优化使之适用于异步电机的实时控制。在实验平台上对控制策略进行验证,实验结果表明模型预测控制算法具有较快的响应速度及较强的鲁棒性,非常适用于各种不同的交流电机控制场合。
The optimal flux weakening methods for Induction Motor are mainly based on the closed loop control of the motor stator voltage. The performances of the system are usually affected by the coefficients of the PI regulators,which are hard to obtain. A novel flux weakening method based on MPC is proposed in this paper to solve these problems,by optimization this method is suitable for the real-time control of motor. A test bench was built to verify the performances of the proposed method. The experimental results prove that the MPC method has a quick response and with hard robustness,MPC method is very suitable for different application of Induction motors.
