摘要
分析多种冰箱节能技术后发现,冰箱节能的主要措施仍然是降低发泡料K值和提高压缩机COP值。但是,现有发泡体系均存在K值降低不足与成本上升较高的问题。针对此问题,本文在现有C/P和R245fa双组分基础上,创新性地引入R134a作为发泡剂,利用其低沸点性、低导热性的特点,研究开发出多元发泡体系。在解决计量、腐蚀、预混、气泡、模温等主要技术难点后,该技术获得实际应用并取得了巨大的经济效益。
Through the analysis of multiple energy-saving technologies of refrigerator,we found that the main energy-saving measures was to reduce the K-factor and enhancing COP of compressor.However,issues of insufficient K-factor reduction and increasing cost were commonly existed in the present foaming systems.On the basis of current C/P and R245fa bi-component foaming system,R134a was introduced as an innovative foaming agent of low boiling point and low heat-transfer character to develop the multi-component foaming system. After conquering major technological difficulties such as measurement,anti-corrosion,pre-mix,air bubble and mould temperature,this technology has been put into practical use and created enormous economic benefits.
