双温区酒柜噪声的分析与测试

摘要 本文根据直冷式双温区酒柜的制冷系统结构特点,从制冷控制方式和制冷系统结构设计两个方面,分析了噪声产生的根源,提出了酒柜降低噪声的可行性方案,并给出了实验测试结果。测试结果表明,双温区酒柜采用上下温区单独制冷的控制方式,比上下温区同时制冷的方式噪声降低3dB左右;而从双温区酒柜的制冷系统结构部件出发,对毛细管、蒸发器、回气管等部位进行了优化设计,酒柜的噪声值明显降低。本文对直冷式双温区酒柜噪声源进行了分析,给其他类似酒柜的降噪提供了参考。 According to the refrigeration system structural characteristics of wine cellar that is direct cooling and has double compartments,we analyze the source of noise from the cooling control mode and cooling structure design in this paper.We put forward feasible scheme in reducing wine noise and give the testing results.The wine cellar has two kinds of control modes.One is two temperature compartments running alone and another is two temperature compartments simultaneously running.The experimental results show that the former noise is lower than that of the latter about 3dB(A).We redesign the structure of capillary,evaporator and suction tube part which is one of the main components of the refrigeration system.And the noise of same cellar is significantly reduced.The contents of this paper provide very important reference value to other similar wine products in the noise reduction.
