冰箱除菌效果快速检验方法研究

摘要 本文研究冰箱除菌效果快速检验方法,将含有一定量微生物的牛奶分别放置在具有除菌功能的冰箱冷藏室和普通冰箱冷藏室内一定时间,利用美兰还原法检验除菌效果。结果表明:除菌5min可以看到除菌效果,除菌30min不仅可以快速(1.5~6min)检验出具有除菌功能冰箱的除菌效果,而且还具有较好的重现性和重复性。 A testing method for quickly determining the sterilization effect of refrigerator was studied in this paper.Samples of milk containing certain amount of microorganisms were placed in refrigerators with sterilization function and without this function respectively for certain minutes,and methylene blue dyereduction test was used to test the sterilization effect of both refrigerators.The results showed that sterilization effect could be observed in five minutes.But sterilization effect of refrigerator with sterilization function could be quickly(1.5~6 minutes) observed in 30 minutes,and the result has a good reproducibility and repeatability.
