Product with personalization and difference is the key of market share and scale development of enterprise.More and more new products need fulfill their full development cycle with fewer resource in a shorter time but ask for a higher competitiveness.Because of those challenges,by serialization and platform of product,also with modularization of module and parametric of part,a platform was created including design flow system of standardization and modularization and program management which reduce the number of product and components over 20%,promote the universal use rates by 35%,shorten the product development cycle by 20%.According to the successful application of modularization and standardization on air conditioner,it's a effective way for improving R&D design efficiency and shorten the product development cycle.
