摘要
将带闪发器的准二级压缩热泵循环用于房间空调器,能够有效提高系统制热(制冷)能力,降低压缩机排气温度。通过对准二级热泵空调在APF测试的6个工况下进行实验研究,结果表明,在标准制冷、标准制热和中间制热工况下,开启补气后系统能力有所提高,COP变化不大;在中间制冷工况,开启补气后系统能力和COP均变化不大;在额定低温制热以及超低温制热工况下.开启补气后系统性能大幅提高,最大幅度达16.76%,排气温度可降低14.2℃,同时,系统APF值由4.51升高至4.65。
When a vapor-injection heat pump system with flash-tank is used in the room air conditioner, its heating/cooling capacity can be improved efficiently and the discharge temperature can be reduced.By analyzing and testing the vapor-injection heat pump in five working conditions including APF and ultra-low-temperature heating condition,the experimental results showed that in standard cooling condition,standard heating condition and intermediate heating condition,the capacity of system had improved in a certain extent while the COP had a little change.In intermediate cooling condition,the capacity of system and COP changed little.In the nominal low-temperature heating condition and ultra-low-temperature condition,the capacity could rise up 16.76%and the discharge temperature was reduced by 14.2℃.And the APF of heat pump system increased from 4.51 to 4.65 after opening the electromagnetic valve.
