家用变频空调室内机异常音的研究和消除

Investigation and Elimination of Abnormal Noise Emitted by Indoor Unit of Household Inverter Air Conditioner

在某款家用变频空调开发的过程中,室内机在制热工况下出现了严重的异常音。本文通过实验和理论分析的方法阐述了该异常音产生及传播的原因,通过分析认为本次室内机的异常音是来自于压缩机,传播途径是空调内外机联机管中的制冷剂,噪声以压力脉动的形式传播。针对不同频段的噪声,通过理论计算和仿真分析的方法来设计组合式的消声器,最终结合压缩机自身的低噪声改善,完全消除了室内机的异常音。

In the process of designing a household inverter air conditioner,the indoor unit of air conditioner radiates seriously abnormal noise at the heating mode.This paper elaborates the mechanism of the abnormal noise generation and transmission by means of experiments and theoretical analysis.According to the investigation and analysis,the noise transmits from the compressor to indoor unit in the form of pressure pulsation, and the route of transmission is the refrigerant in the tube of connecting pipe between the indoor and outdoor link.For the noise of different frequency,we design the combined silencer by means of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis method,together with the decreased noise of compressor,the abnormal noise of indoor unit has been eliminated finally.
