摘要
产品开发中发现一款空调室外机振动大,由于室外机振动超标或低频异常噪声问题时有发生,且整改难度较大,对产品开发有较大影响。针对此室外机振动问题,运用模态分析方法对室外机钣金件固有振动特性进行分析,通过试验和仿真结合的方法发现问题根源,并提出经济有效地解决方案。
Aimed at the abnormal vibration and noise of an air-conditioner outdoor unit,the modal of the outdoor unit was studied by CAE and test method.It indicated that the second order modal of the side panel is just the reason of the vibration and noise.An optimization design of the side panel was made based on modal analysis.The experiments indicated that the abnormal vibration and noise was eliminated.
