定速空调故障模式仿真分析

Simulation Analyses on Failure Mode for Constant Speed Room Air Conditioner

本文分别在额定制冷和额定制热工况,对某款KFR35空调(能效3级)进行了充注量过多过少、毛细管堵塞、换热器异常等故障模式进行了稳态仿真。仿真结果表明,有些故障模式时,压缩机过热保护有效,而另一些故障模式时压缩机过热保护无效,另外需要高压保护或油池过热度保护。

Steady simulation has been conducted for such failure modes as overmuch or lacking refrigerant charge,capillary clogging,heat exchanger anomaly both in rated refrigeration and rated heating.The subsequent results illustrate the compressor overheating protection can work while most rather than all failure modes, additional protections(for high pressure and oil superheat in pool) should be wanted.
