摘要 本文在相同运行工况条件下,对空气源热泵采用两级压缩中间喷气、喷射器和变浓度调节三种低温制热性能提升手段的改善效果进行理论分析,同时比较了几种常规制冷剂应用于热泵系统的循环特性。理论计算结果表明:相比其他常规制冷剂,R290具有较优综合循环性能,且为环境友好工质,具有较好应用前景;在-20℃蒸发温度条件下,采用两级压缩中间喷气、喷射器及变浓度调节三种改善方案能够分别获得制热量25%、30%和10%的提升,且喷射器作为一种节能元件,应用于热泵系统中可以获得COP 13%的提升。 Under the same operating condition,technologies of two-stage compression with intermediate air supply,ejector and variable concentration of mixture refrigerant used in air source heat pump to improve low-temperature performance are theoretically analyzed,theoretical cycle performances of several refrigerants used in heat pump system are also compared.Theoretical calculation results show that compared with other conventional refrigerants,R290 achieve better comprehensive performance;Under the condition of-20℃ evaporation temperature,using of two-stage compression with intermediate air supply,ejector and variable concentration of mixture refrigerant can achieve 25%,30%and 10%improvement of heat respectively;as an energy-saving device,ejector that used in the heat pump system can obtain 13%improvement of system COP.
