摘要
振动噪声问题一直是影响滚筒洗衣机质量和性能的重要课题,产品设计时需要考虑滚筒洗衣机内外筒总成重心位置及主轴惯性积,此外还需要对箱体及悬挂减振系统进行优化设计。由于影响参数较多,导致系统复杂,传统CAD设计方法无法使产品达到理想动态振动效果,现代CAE及CAT技术结合,可以很好地解决这个问题。本文通过创建虚拟模型样机及物理样机进行测试优化来解决这个问题,大幅减轻了洗衣机的振动噪声。
Vibration and noise problem of drum washing machine has always been an important problem in the quality and performance of products,we need to consider the center position of gravity of the assembly and the product of inertia,and to optimize the design of the cabinet and suspension damping system.Due to the influence of many parameters,leading to complex system,so the traditional CAD design method cannot achieve the ideal effect of dynamic vibration.Modern CAE and CAT technique can solve this problem,by creating a virtual prototype model and physical model test optimization to solve this problem,which can greatly reduce the vibration of the washing machine.
