摘要
本文运用CAE技术,对有偏心负载下脱水启动时脱水桶振动的影响要素进行分析,找出在这些因素影响下脱水桶顶端位移的变化规律,并在现有机型上进行试验验证,寻求提升双桶洗衣机脱水稳定性的方法。
In this paper,Finite element method is used to perform frequency response analysis for twintub washing machine under the unbalanced force,to research the various factors influenced on spinning tub vibration.According to the CAE analysis results,we did the verification test,and at last got the approaches to improve the stability of twin-tub washing machine.
