翅片管式换热器性能仿真与实验研究

摘要 通过翅片管换热器仿真软件对空调室外机采用的L型换热器进行计算并与实验对比,空气侧的换热能力误差范围为1.6%,制冷剂侧的换热能力几乎相等。在计算机上实现了产品的优化设计,缩短了新产品开发周期,减少了实验研究的费用,对空调的节能研发有着十分重要的意义。 Through the simulation software of the Finned tube heat exchanger,L-type heat exchanger used in the outdoor unit is calculated.Compared with the experiment,the air side heat transfer capacity margin of error is 1.6%,the refrigerant side heat transfer capacity is almost equal.This optimize the computer design of product,saving the development cost,shorten new product development cycle,reduce the cost of the experimental study of energy.It is very significant for energy conservation of air-conditioner products.
