摘要
本文使用CAE方法分析了八种形式在三维空间分布的空调设备配管的静态挠性及应力,使得配管在运输及运转过程中在承受不同形式的强迫振动下,可以避免配管因应力超限而破裂损坏。此分析方法可协助配管设计工程师进行配管快速设计,大幅减少配管试验的重复劳动及费用,成功缩短配管设计及试验周期,并可同步评估配管材料成本。
In this paper,the static flexibility and stress of eight different models of a piping system in three dimensional for an air conditioner are analyzed by a CAE technique.By using this method,the piping system can be avoided being overstressed and cracked under various forced excitations such as transportation and operation.This analyzed technique is easy and quick.Under the guidance of this method,the pipe designer can save tremendous cycle time,manufacturing and testing cost.The cost analysis of the piping system can be evaluated at the same time.
