Design and Implementation of An Automatic Adjustment of Static Pressure Duct

针对目前市场上风管机所接风管与风管机要求静压不匹配问题,考虑在风管机内部安装风速仪,通过风速仪检测出风管机腔体内的风速并反馈给控制系统,控制系统通过数据对比得出所接风管机对应的静压,并通过电压调节控制电机转速从而控制风速,实现自动静压调节。

Currently in the market,regarding to the mismatch of Duct and air pipe which will lead to an improper static pressure,we consider to install an anemoscope inside the Duct,and the anemoscope can collect the data of wind speed and feedback to the control system,then the control system can compare the data and get a correct static pressure,and adjust the electric voltage to control the motor rotational speed,then adjust the wind speed to achieve the automatic adjustment of static pressure.
