摘要 本文提出了一种优化的"三段式"直流无刷电机的启动方法,可以很好地改善变频压缩机的启动性能。该方法在对直流无刷电机转矩和变频压缩机启动故障现象分析的基础上,提出了采用电流调节控制的方法,保证加速段的转矩;采用检测占空比与反电势的方式,保证切换阶段的可靠与顺利进行。针对冰箱负载不确定的情况,我们采用不同的压缩机吸排气压差条件进行实验,结果表明,采用优化后的变频控制器启动过程速度过渡平滑,在不同负载条件下能够保证压缩机正常启动。 This paper presents an optimized three-stage brushless DC motor start method can improve the inverter compressor start the process of start-up issues.This method is based on the analysis of the boot failure phenomenon and the brushless DC motor torque to determine the current regulatory control method to ensure the torque of the acceleration section;duty cycle with back EMF detection ensures that the switching stage smoothly. In response to the load on the compressor refrigerator uncertainty,we have adopted different compressor suction and discharge pressure differentials.The experimental results show that,using optimized inverter controller startup process a smooth transition speed under different load conditions to ensure compression starts normally.
