采用不同工质时不同类型吸气消声器的性能对比研究

摘要 本文以内插管为弯管和直管两种不同类型的吸气消声器为研究对象,采用Fluent软件和Sysnoise软件分别对工质为R600a和R134a时的流场和声场进行数值模拟,并对采用不同工质时的消声器流动特性和声学性能进行对比分析。结果表明,对于同一种工质,内插管为弯管的吸气消声器的流动性能优于内插管为直管的吸气消声器,但后者的整体消声效果优于前者。对于同一种消声器,R600a的压力损失比R134a的压力损失低,较大消声量的频率范围比R134a宽广,但最大消声量不及R134a。研究成果可用于预测消声器的综合性能,为消声器的设计、选型及结构优化提供理论依据。 With Fluent and Sysnoise software,the numerical simulation of flow and acoustic field of different suction mufflers with bend or straight inetrior tube were separately conducted with two different working fluid,R600a and R134a,and the mufflers flow and acoustic performance with two different working fluid were analyzed contrastively.The results show that the suction mufflers with bend inetrior is better than the suction mufflers with straight inetrior in flow performance and the suction mufflers with straight inetrior is better than the suction mufflers with bend inetrior in noise damping for the identity working fluid.R600a is lower than R134a in pressure loss,R600a is wider than R134a in noise frequency range and R600a is lower than R134a in maximum noise damping.The achievement can be used to forecast the overall performance of the muffler and to provide a theoretical basis for the design,selection and structure optimization of muffler.
