铝漆包线电机在冰箱(冷柜)压缩机上应用的关键技术

Studies on the Technology using the Compressor Adopts Aluminum Wire Motor in the Freezer

小型制冷压缩机材料成本中,电机铜漆包线占50%以上。受到综合成本影响,压缩机和冷柜制造商从2008年开始在压缩机电机中采用铝漆包线。本文依据公司2012年提出的铝漆包线的横向研究计划,协同压缩机制造商的技术研发部针对铝漆包线电机压缩机展开可行性研究,汇总、提出了针对铝漆包线电机的设计方法,并提出了加工工艺改善方案,在保持铜漆包线同等性能的情况下,降低了压缩机的综合成本,并实现批量使用。

The cost of copper wire accounts for over 50%in the whole motor cost.The method of aluminum wire using in the compressor motor was analyzed to reduce the cost of the material.The designing method about aluminum wire was introduced.According to this method,the motor cost can been reduced while the efficiency of the motor can be kept,The solution of the process of aluminum motor was given.
