薄壁注塑件外观缺陷分析与解决方案讨论

Analysis and Solution for Visual Defect of the Thin-wall Injection Molded Parts

目前在家电行业尤其是白色家电领域,家用电器的外观件大量使用大面积薄壁注塑件。作为现代生活中不可缺少的一部分,家电外观件不但对耐候性、耐疲劳性有着一定的要求,更重要的是还要符合用户对家电的审美要求。薄壁注塑件如果出现缺陷,不但是其力学性能缺陷的在产品表面的间接体现,而且还最直接地影响了外观件的整体美观性。本文从设计及生产过程中对薄壁注塑件可能产生的缺陷进行分析,并对设计中防止缺陷和生产过程中解决各种缺陷的方案进行讨论。

At present,in the home appliance industry especially the field of white goods,the outer parts of domestic appliance use a lot of injection molded parts which is large and thin-wall.As one of indispensable part of modern life,the outer parts of domestic appliance not only have certain requirements on weather ability and resistance to fatigue,but also to meet users' aesthetic pursuit of domestic appliance,which is more importantly.Defect in the thin-wall injection molded parts not only reduce the mechanical properties,but also affect aesthetics of the outer parts.The possible defects of thin-wall part are analyzed,and the prevention of solving various kinds of defects and process design is discussed.
