一种应用于家用电器的真空吸覆表面加饰工艺

摘要 表面装饰的处理工艺主要包括喷涂、电镀、水转印、模内覆膜、表面覆膜贴粘(PVC、PE、亚克力及玻璃),其中,喷涂、电镀、水转印、模内覆膜、表面覆膜贴粘大量应用于家电、家具建材和汽车领域,如空调、冰箱、洗衣机、饮水机、电饭锅、吸尘器、电暖器、家具、汽车内饰等。喷涂、电镀、水转印处理工艺的缺点是带来环境污染;模内覆膜的模具费用投入大,使用效果单一;表面覆膜贴粘需要制件表面平整,曲面制件无法粘贴牢固。广东海信科龙空调有限公司研究应用的真空吸覆表面加饰工艺运用无通气孔的真空吸覆技术,通过大气压力或压缩空气,将涂有粘结剂的薄膜与加工工件紧密贴附的新一代表面装饰处理工艺,具有环保、成本低、表面装饰效果多样化等特点。 Decorative surface treatment processes of household appliances include spraying,electroplating,Water transfer printing technology,Insert Molding and In-Mold Decoration,surface mount adhesive(PVC,PE,acrylic and glass) and Forming technology(NGF Forming).The above-mentioned surface treatment processes are widely used in home appliances areas,such as air conditioners,refrigerators,washing machines,rice cookers,vacuum cleaners,heaters,etc.products.Spraying,electroplating,Water transfer printing technology processing technology disadvantage causes environmental pollution;Insert Molding and InMold Decoration costs a lot,and usage is limited;flat surface mount technology needs sticky post,can not reach the desired treatment effect.Decorative surface treatment of the vacuum Forming technology;the use of non-vacuum forming vacuum holes(NGF molding) technology,atmospheric pressure or compressed air,a film coated with adhesive and attached to a new generation of compact work piece surface decoration processes.The technical process is environmentally friendly,of low cost and a variety of decorative effects.
