集中参数法用于储水式电热水器能效测试的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍集中参数法用于储水式电热水器的24h固有能耗系数测量的原理以及实施方法。与现行国标规定的多点温度平均法比较,测试结果具有很高的准确性,可以考虑在企业内部质量检验过程中部分取代现行的国标测试方法。采用集中参数法进行储水式电热水器的能效测量,不需要破坏器具表面和绝热层结构,在采用导热性能不良材料制件内胆的热水器能效测量过程中,更不需要在热水器内胆中插入多个温度传感器,测量操作大为简化,减少了检验的损耗。同时,测量时间不超过12h,仅为国标方法的1/4左右。此外,采用集中参数法可以减少影响测量结果的因素,提高测量数据的质量。该方法可以普遍适用于太阳能热水器、热泵热水器等产品储热水箱的绝热性能测量。 This paper briefly introduces the theory and the procedure for 24-hour intrinsic energy consumption coefficient testing of electrical storage water heaters base on the lumped parameter method.Compared to multipoint temperature average method base on current local standards,the lumped parameter method is accurately, which can be considered to take the place of current local standards method in the process of internal quality control. Base on the method,there is no need to destroy the surface and thermal insulation layer of the appliances,moreover,also no need for putting multiple temperature sensors into tanks for poor thermal conductivity of the water heater tank parts materials,so that simplifies the procedure and cost down for testing.Meantime,the testing time is only within 12 hours,which is just a quarter of the time of the local standards' method.On the other hand,this method reduces the factors effecting the results,and to improve the quality of the testing data.Also the method applies to test thermal insulation properties of storage hot water tanks of solar water heaters,heat pump water heaters and so on.
