The EPON technology is adopted and a scheme of tri-network convergence which make a integration of Internet,wire line television broadcasting and telephone communication is proposed.The data,video and voice are integrated in the central office and video,data and voice information are integrated in a single device at the client.Trinetwork convergence can be achieved with this scheme The scheme of constructing network,inchuding the design of access network,the systern devices and technical specifcations and the cell service access based on EPON are introduced.
