With the development of communications technology,more and more patent applications for invention are applied.In the process of patent approval,it is inevitable to amending the application documents.From some patent reexamination cases,examination standard for amendment going beyond the scope is introduced,and appropriate advices are given on how to write and amend patent application documents.
