摘要
智能手机热度是指消费者对某款智能手机的追捧程度,研究某款智能手机的热门程度指标,需要还原为消费者对智能手机的综合评价,才能够最真实地反映市场需求。构建基于消费者评价的智能手机热度指数,对于提高智能手机热门程度,增加销量有着重要的参考作用。从消费者角度,构建由"认知—体验—购买—推荐"4个变量组成的智能手机热度模型,并通过网络调查,运用结构方程技术获取模型变量权重,进而对16款热门智能手机进行热度分析,提出提高智能手机热度的建议。
Heat index is reflected by the popularity of the smart phone, research on the heat index should based on the evaluation of the consumer which is better for reflecting of market demand. Constructed the phone heat index based on consumer evaluation has an important reference for phone popularity and increasing sales. From the consumer's view, the 'acknowledge-experience-purchase-recommend' model was constructed, SEM technique was used to obtain model variables weight through the web-based survey, and the heat index of 16 popular smart phones were analyzed, then the suggestion for how to increase the heat index was given.
