摘要
重点阐述了电信运营商在支持FTTH规模发展、宽带服务领先过程中所遇到的装维效能瓶颈,涵盖了运营就绪、业务放装、故障处理三大流程的问题,并提出以客户和装维人员可感知的时效性指标为牵引,优化运营流程、创新支撑手段、改善数据质量的解决思路及配套的IT支撑手段优化建议。最后,给出了装维效能提升的效果评价分析参考。
Firstly, challenges were described in three main workflows including operation ready, service provisioning and service assurance which hindered the telecom operator to develop FTTH users and broadband services.Secondly, proposals were put forward to enhance the efficiency, which used the internal and external customer perception indicator for optimizing operation process, innovating support means and improving the quality of resource data. Finally, an evaluation example to enhance the efficiency was given.
