摘要 企业发展是企业的永恒主题,员工的学习和成长作为支撑企业发展的一个关键因素,在企业中以员工的培训和培养模式承载。通过分析,移动互联网时代与员工学习成长可以接轨的主要特征包括:人们的社群情结、个性诉求动机和人们回归心灵成长的渴望等,结合这些特征提出打造移动互联网时代的特色培训载体、搭建基于任务的以人为本的学习体系、营造柔性学习文化平台的由内而外支撑企业发展的培训运营体系,具体措施包括:开发碎片化电子互动课程、创建基于任务行动式学习体系、打造社区化即时学习平台等。 Staff learning and growth play an essential part in pushing forward enterprise development, which is an eternal theme for all companies. Training, however, acts as a carrier to help staff grow. According to the research,the characteristics of staff learning and growth in mobile internet era consist of community complex, individuality appeal motivation and desire for spiritual growth. Therefore, combining with the above, the training operation system,which based on a training carrier of mobile internet era, a task-based and people-oriented learning system and a flexible learning platform were build up. More specifically, short and interactive courses were developed, task-based action study system was established and instant-on learning community platform was set up.
