In-plane shear properties and damage process of composites based on unit cell analytic model

摘要 基于单胞解析模型,建立一种从细观到宏观的复合材料面内剪切性能和损伤的分析方法。从V形开口梁面内剪切实验出发,考虑基体非线性剪切性能,建立基体的剪切非线性模型,并通过该模型衰减基体的剪切刚度,从而研究复合材料在面内剪切载荷作用下的力学性能。在此基础上,将单胞解析模型与ABAQUS显式有限元分析结合建立渐进损伤分析方法,分析V形开口梁损伤扩展过程,预报面内剪切强度。结果表明:数值分析结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证了该方法的有效性与高效性。 Based on unit cell analytic model,a method to analyze in-plane shear properties and damage process of composites was developed from micro component of composites.In-plane shear responses were tested by V-notched beam method.Considering the nonlinear shear performance of the matrix,nonlinear shear model of matrix was established.The shear stiffness of matrix was degraded by nonlinear shear model.On this basis,ABAQUS/Explicit finite element method with unit cell analytic model was used to analyze damage evolution process and predict strength of V-notched beam.Numerical results show that the numerical results of the method in this paper are well fit with experimental results.
