摘要
对含穿透损伤的平纹织物-单向带混杂铺层层合板挖补修理后的拉伸性能进行了试验研究,结果表明试件的拉伸强度随挖补斜度的增大而提高,当挖补斜度达到1:30时,修理试件的强度可以达到完好板的103.2%。此外挖补斜度不同的试件表现出不同的破坏模式.在试验基础上建立有限元模型研究修理试件的拉伸性能,计算得到的极限强度和破坏模式与试验结果吻合良好.通过有限元模型进一步分析了挖补斜度对胶膜应力分布、试件拉伸强度及破坏模式的影响.研究结论可以为含穿透损伤混杂铺层层板的挖补修理设计提供理论指导。
Experimental study on tensile behavior of fabric-unidirectional tape hybrid laminate repaired by scarf method was conducted in the paper.The results show tensile strength increasing with scarf ratio,and the specimen with scarf ratio of 1:30has the highest tensile strength which could reach 103.2% of the intact laminate strength. Besides,failure mode of specimen changes upon the scarf ratio.Based on test results,a finite element model was adopted to research tensile behavior of repaired specimen.The calculated strength and failure mode are in good agreement with test results.Thorough study was carried out with the finite element model to investigate the influence of scarf ratio on stress distribution in adhesive,tensile strength and failure mode of the specimen. Conclusions of the investigation provide insight into scarf repair design method on hybrid plain woven fabric laminate with penetrate damage.
