碳纤维增强复合材料蜂窝夹层结构的热补仪湿铺层修补实验研究 被引量:4

The experimental investigation for wet layup repair of CFRP honeycomb structure by hot bonder

摘要 用热补仪固化湿铺层层板并通过金相分析了内部质量;针对三种损伤形式的蜂窝夹层结构件进行了热补仪湿铺层挖补修理,并对修补前后的侧压性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:试验中的湿铺层制作工艺稳定,热补仪固化5层湿铺层层板的内部质量良好;不同损伤形式的蜂窝夹层结构件进行热补仪湿铺层修补后,均能有效恢复试件的侧压强度,强度恢复率均在完好板的87%以上;损伤未修补及损伤后采用热补仪湿铺层修补件的压缩刚度与完好板基本一致;试验中的蜂窝夹层结构件在压缩过程中破坏模式基本一致,但破坏位置不同,湿铺层修补后试件的破坏位置基本出现在损伤修补区边缘。本研究结果为湿铺层修理设计与选材提供了参考。 The wet layup laminates were cured by hot bonder and the internal quality was analyzed by metallurgical microscope.For three kinds of damage in honeycomb sandwich panels,the wet layup scarf repair by hot bonder was adopted,and an experimental study was conducted for the edgewise compressive strength of specimens before or after repaired.The results indicate that the wet layup process keeps stable in the experiment.Laminates of five wet layup layers cured by hot bonder have a good internal quality.For honeycomb sandwich specimens have different kinds of damage repaired by wet layup repair with hot bonder,the edgewise compressive strength can effectively recover,and the strength recoveries are all above 87% of the intact specimen level.The compressive stiffness of unrepaired and wet layup repaired by hot bonder almost has no difference.The failure mode of honeycomb sandwich specimens is nearly the same in the experimental compression process,but the failure location is different.For the honeycomb sandwich specimens repaired by wet layup,the failure location is always on the edge of repair.The results provide a reference for the repair design and material selection for wet layup repair.
