摘要
以四组不同目数(10~20、20~40、40~80和80~120目)的杨木纤维为填充材料,以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为基体材料,采用挤出成型、挤出复合热压成型、挤出造粒模压成型和板坯铺装模压成型四种方式制备了木塑复合材料(WPC)。弯曲性能测试结果表明,成型方式对WPC的抗弯性能具有显著影响。挤出成型制备的WPC的弯曲性能最好,其次是挤出复合热压成型;而板坯铺装模压成型的WPC弯曲强度最小,挤出造粒模压成型的WPC弹性模量最小。
High density polyethylene composites(WPC)filled with 60% wood fibers(10~20,20~40,40~80, and 80~120 meshes)were prepared by extrusion,extrusion compound-hot pressing,extrusion compound- compression molding,and forming mat-compression molding.The flexural properties of these WPCs were investigated.The results show that preparation method has a significant effect on the flexural properties of WPC. Extrusion provides WPC the best flexural property and follow by the extrusion compound-hot pressing.While forming mat-compression molding gives the lowest bending strength and extrusion compound-compression molding gives the poorest elastic modulus.20-40mesh fiber is a good choice for preparing WPC.
